This isn’t your cheap walmart mountain bike, this is quality like you’ve never seen in a bike. This is one of the highest quality Schwinn mountain bikes available. It has all the right features of a commuter bike. The bike comes mostly pre- assembled which means there is minimal extra assembly.

The midmoor is light weight and durable. It features front and rear Promax alloy linear pull brakes and has 21 speeds. The only thing I can say that is a negative is that it is a very large bike. People under 5’9 may have trouble riding it. Also the seat adjuster could have a few more options in terms of height. All in all its a great bike for the commuter or enthusiast.

Why I created bestmountainbikebrands.org

With the price of food and gas going through the roof, an alternative to motorized vehicles seems like a good thing to think about. Mountain bikes provide many benefits as alternative transportation. They are much cheaper than cars and trucks. They don’t have engines, transmissions, clutches, or other ridiculously expensive parts to fix if they break down. The only things you really have to worry about are basically tires, and a bike chain.

If you normally have to drive a few miles to work, a good quality bike is still capable of decent speeds. Also if there are sidewalks or bike trails where you live you may be able to take shortcuts you normally could not with a car. Bike riding is also an excellent way to get your daily exercise. Many people use bike riding as one of their greatest weapons in their fight against losing weight, because it works out so many different muscles. It is also excellent in getting toned and sculpted abs.

Other people just ride bikes for the enjoyment and adventure. Many people plan long bike trips for their friends or family. Even churches use bike riding as a great outreach source. In bigger cities like Chicago and New York, lots of people use bikes as their primary transportation to get to work or school. As I mentioned gas prices are skyrocketing and with that increase in costs many people will be looking for the best bike they can buy. I have decided to help with that need by creating this website to offer honest insight into the best mountain bike brands and what makes them the best.

What are the Best Mountain Bike Brands? Well so far the bike brands I plan to review on this website are Schwinn mountain bikes, Diamondback mountain bikes and mongoose. I plan to add many more in the future.
